Is there an age limit for the challenge?
Yes, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all challengers, we have age limits and accompaniment requirements.
🎈 Young Children (5 and under)
Children that are 5 and under may play in the 64 and 64
Plus zones only. A player ticket is required, and they must be accompanied by a legal guardian at
all times. Alternatively, they may enter the lounging area for free but must still be accompanied
by a legal guardian.
🎈 Young Adventurers (From 5 to 11)
A parent or legal guardian must accompany them, and
at least one adult must participate in the game with them.
🎈 Teenagers (From 12 to 17)
If a legal guardian is not present, a signed consent form
is required. Alternatively, a guardian can sign the form on-site.
We provide equal-sized spaces for all, so there are no special prices for children.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, every participant must sign a Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk Statement.

Safety First!
For safety, individuals with epilepsy, cardiovascular diseases, photosensitivity, osteoporosis, or those who are pregnant are prohibited from participating. Consult a doctor if you have other health concerns.A cleaning fee of NT$6,000 (plus repair costs) applies for vomiting in the game area, and NT$2,000 elsewhere.
Is there a dress code?
Please wear comfortable sportswear. You can play barefoot, but socks are required. Non-slip socks are available for purchase.
Footwear: You must wear fully enclosed shoes (e.g., sneakers). No slippers, sandals, or Crocs. Avoid thick-soled shoes for the best experience.
Recommended: Bring water, a towel, and gloves.
Are there lockers, changing rooms, or showers?
Lockers: Coin-operated lockers are available. Please keep valuables with you.
Changing/Showers: We do not have dedicated facilities, but a larger restroom is available for changing. Department store locations use the mall's public restrooms.
If I arrive early, can I wait inside?
Regular Guests: Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. The previous session may still be in progress.
Private Bookings: A maximum of 3 people can enter 10 minutes early for setup. Others should arrive at the start time.
Is food allowed inside?
Outside food is not allowed to maintain cleanliness. A NT$1,500 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated. Some group packages allow outside food; please refer to the package details.
Can I bring my pet?
We are a pet-friendly venue. Pets are welcome as long as they are not on the ground. Please note that we are not responsible for looking after your pets.
What are the basic venue rules?
- No smoking or alcohol is allowed.
- We are an all-ages interactive venue (age restrictions apply).
- We are Cosplay-friendly; please adhere to general safety and content guidelines.
- The entire area is under surveillance for safety.
How do I book, and when are slots open?
We are a reservation-only venue, and bookings are made through our official website. If a date is grayed out or not visible, it means it's fully booked.
- New slots for the next day are released daily at midnight (00:00).
- You can book any available slot within the next 30 days.
Group bookings may be made further in advance. Please check our website for available slots.
How do I know if my reservation is successful?
After submitting, you'll receive an email with a payment link. Payment must be completed within 30 minutes (72 hours for group bookings).
Pending Approval: Not paid, slot not reserved.
Confirmed: Paid. You will receive
a confirmation SMS.
Canceled: Timed out. Do not pay.
Where can I find my reservation page?
After booking, you will receive an email with your reservation details and a link. If confirmed (paid), you will also receive an SMS.
Is there a player limit?
Yes, please book according to the player limit specified for each venue. If you exceed the limit, you'll need to book separate slots. If more people show up than the limit allows, accompany tickets must be purchased (not available at all locations).
What payment methods are accepted?
Online bookings accept: Virtual ATM transfer, Credit Card, LINE Pay, and JKOPAY. We do not accept cash.
Can I use Culture Points or Sports Vouchers?
Sports Vouchers: Accepted at all locations. Pay online first, then inform staff on-site. The voucher amount will be refunded within 20 business days.
Culture Points: Currently not accepted.
Is a deposit required?
Full payment is required for both regular and group bookings to confirm the reservation.
Can I get a receipt or tax ID invoice?
Our ticket price includes an entertainment tax, so by law, we are exempt from issuing uniform invoices. We can provide a receipt for reimbursement purposes. Please request it from our staff on-site or contact customer service.
What about punctuality, late arrivals, or changes in group size?
Be on Time
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. Late arrivals will have their game
time shortened. Arriving more than 20 minutes late is considered a no-show, with no refund.
On-the-Day Changes
If you want to add more players on-site, we will try to accommodate
and charge the necessary fees. However, no refunds will be given if fewer players show up than
booked. Thank you for your understanding.
What are the change/refund policies for regular players?
4 days or more before: Reschedule once. Full refund for cancellations (minus NT$100 fee).
2-3 days before: Reschedule once. No cancellations or refunds.
1 day before: Can only reschedule to an available slot on the same day. No cancellations or refunds.
On the day: No changes, cancellations, or refunds.
What are the change/refund policies for group bookings?
15-30 days before: Change once. Full refund for cancellations (minus NT$100 fee).
8-14 days before: Change once. 50% refund for cancellations.
4-7 days before: No changes. One-third refund for cancellations.
3 days before & on the day: No changes, cancellations, or refunds.
How do I change my reservation time?
If eligible, cancel your original order on the reservation page (reason: "Want to change the reservation time"), then rebook the correct time. A refund will be processed within 20 business days (the handling fee will be waived if you leave a comment).
How do I cancel my reservation?
If eligible, click "Cancel Reservation" on your booking page. A refund will be processed within 20 business days, subject to the refund policy.
How do I change the number of players (Regular)?
To add players: Contact customer service for a payment link or pay the difference on-site (mobile payment only).
To reduce players: Contact customer service at least 4 days in advance. A refund for the difference will be processed within 20 business days.
How do I change the number of participants (Group Booking)?
You can adjust the number of participants within your package's limit at no extra cost. If you exceed the limit, you can pay the difference on-site. If you need to reduce the number and are due a refund, please contact customer service.
How do I change my group booking package?
You will need to cancel the original order (reason: "Want to change the reservation package") and rebook the correct package. A refund will be processed within 20 business days (the handling fee will be waived if you leave a comment).
How do I add items to a group booking?
You can select add-ons when booking or request them on-site (mobile payment only). For other requests, please contact customer service.
What happens on typhoon days?
If a work/school cancellation is announced anywhere in Taiwan due to a typhoon, players can request a free reschedule or refund.
We will announce our operating status on social media by 9:00 PM the night before.
If we are open: You can choose to play, reschedule, or get a refund.
If we are
closed: All bookings will be refunded.
Department store locations will follow the mall's operating schedule.
